Pricing: Studio Hire Costs

Our studio hire prices cover the use of our spaces only and do not include filming, editing, or production services.

If you’re looking for a full production package including filming, editing, creative direction, or marketing support through our agency, get in touch to discuss your project. We’ll tailor a solution that fits your needs.

 

Our Studios: Hire Only

Flexible studio hire for independent productions.
Suitable for clients bringing their own filming, photography, or production team.

Hire any of our three studio spaces:

Studio 01. Film (the cyclorama)
Studio 02. Podcast (the dedicated studio)
Studio 03. Lifestyle (beauty, food, demos)

Each studio comes at a rate of:

  • Half Day (4 Hours): £300 +VAT
  • Full Day (8 Hours): £550 +VAT
  • Hourly Hire: £100 +VAT p/h

  • Full ‘base’ lighting system
  • Soundproof studios
  • Heat and aircon induction units
  • Multiple power outlets
  • Private changing room & toilet facilities
  • Hair & makeup area inc. (Studio 01)
  • Green room access with kitchen (Studio 01)
  • On-site parking (subject to availability)
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
