Each of our content packages is tailored around the type of content created and the audiences they serve. However, in every content package you get:

• A Creative Workshop with our production team to understand your vision and strategic objectives
• Filming at our custom-built studios here in Leigh-on-Sea, including set production, green screening and multi-camera filming as required
• Use of our in-house directors and videographers to manage your shoot
• Professional editing and post-production, with all videos created by hand – no cheap AI edits

Remember, we take care of the whole production for you.

Our Creative Workshop is the essential first step in any video production project. Here we work closely with you to understand your vision, your objectives and your brand, so everything is produced to your exact needs.

We also establish the type and volume of video content you require – agreeing everything upfront so your expectations are managed from start to finish.

No problem! If you aren’t interested in our add-on editing services, we will package all raw footage from your shoot and send it to you through your preferred file transfer service.

Absolutely. We’re a full-service video agency and offer a wide range of production services, including:

• Scripting

• Bespoke set design and production
• Custom props
• Marketing and distribution

Yes, you can decide which of our 3 in-house studios is the best fit for your project. Of course, we are also happy to advise on the best option based on your vision and objectives.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your filming day, please let us know as soon as possible. We require at least 72 hours’ notice to move your booking without additional charges. 

Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to availability and fees.

Yes. You can visit and inspect our studios as part of the free 30-minute initial consultation included in all of our packages. This is completely no-obligation – you pay nothing until committing to your Creative Workshop.

Yes, we can assist with custom set builds, branding, and lighting configurations to match your creative vision. Let us know what you need, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

If you wish to cancel your film shoot, we ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to additional charges.

Booking of one (or more) of our studios is included in our content packages. When you commit to a package, you will have full access to our studios for the timeframe outlined in your package.

Yes, our studios are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple power outlets to accommodate your technical needs, whether you're charging equipment or setting up workstations.

Yes, we can arrange on-site catering or recommend trusted local suppliers to keep your team fuelled throughout the day. Whether you need refreshments, lunch options or full-day catering, let us know your requirements, and we’ll handle the details.

Yes, our studios include dedicated changing areas and private toilet facilities.

Yes, we have hydraulic styling chairs and fixed styling mirrors in our Lifestyle Studio where you can prepare your talents’ hair and makeup.

Yes, we offer on-site parking for 2 vehicles at the back of our building. There are also nearby public parking options within walking distance of our studios.

We can also assist with unloading/loading equipment – just let us know in advance.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own props, set pieces and styling elements to customise the studio ahead of filming.

If you need assistance with setup or require specific props, we can also help source items to bring your vision to life.

Our content packages include access to our in-house professional camera equipment, studio lighting, sound engineering, green-screening and beyond.

If required, additional cameras, lighting rigs, backdrops and specialist equipment can be arranged and costed separately at your Creative Workshop.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment and team to your film shoot. If you need additional crew support, we can provide experienced professionals for filming and offer full production services for editing (and beyond this, marketing and distribution).

No. Our in-house editors watch all raw footage and edit by hand to deliver the best-quality output possible. We believe this is the only way to deliver the standard you and your audience expect.

Yes! As part of our editing services, we can add subtitles, graphics, animations and more as requested. We will work out all requirements at your Creative Workshop.

We will package all videos and transfer them to you via a file transfer service. We typically use WeTransfer, but we can accommodate your preferred file transfer service if required.

Through our Creative Workshop and professional in-house editors, we hope that all videos you receive match your creative vision and expectations for quality.

However, if the edits do not meet your standards, we offer one free round of revisions as part of our content packages. We ask that you be as specific as possible with any feedback or amends – the more specific you are, the more likely we will get it right second time.

Any further revisions may be subject to additional charges.
