We operate with flexible hours to accommodate your chosen package. Standard opening times are from 8am to 6pm, but extended hours or late-night filming can be arranged upon request. 

We can determine your specific schedule requirements in your free initial consultation or as part of your Creative Workshop. Alternatively, contact us to discuss your schedule requirements.

Booking of one (or more) of our studios is included in our content packages. When you commit to a package, you will have full access to our studios for the timeframe outlined in your package.

If you have any questions or bespoke requirements ahead of arriving at our studios, reach out to our team directly.

If you wish to cancel your film shoot, we ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to additional charges.

Yes, absolutely. We’re always happy to show prospective clients around the studio spaces before booking.

To arrange a visit, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll organise a suitable time.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your filming day, please let us know as soon as possible. We require at least 72 hours’ notice to move your booking without additional charges. 

Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to availability and fees.

We will package all videos and transfer them to you via a file transfer service. We typically use WeTransfer, but we can accommodate your preferred file transfer service if required.

Yes. As part of our editing and post-production services, we can add subtitles, graphics, animations, branded assets, and other visual elements to your content as required.

We’ll discuss your requirements during the planning stage of your project to ensure the final content aligns with your brand, audience, and intended platforms.

Yes, we can assist with custom set builds, branding, and lighting configurations to match your creative vision. Let us know what you need, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

Yes, we offer on-site parking for 2 vehicles at the back of our building. There are also nearby public parking options within walking distance of our studios.

Yes, we have hydraulic styling chairs and fixed styling mirrors in our Lifestyle Studio where you can prepare your talents’ hair and makeup.

Yes, our studios include dedicated changing areas and private toilet facilities.

Yes, we can arrange on-site catering or recommend trusted local suppliers to keep your team fuelled throughout the day. Whether you need refreshments, lunch options or full-day catering, let us know your requirements, and we’ll handle the details.

Yes, our studios are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple power outlets to accommodate your technical needs, whether you're charging equipment or setting up workstations.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment and team to your film shoot. If you need additional crew support, we can provide experienced professionals for filming and offer full production services for editing (and beyond this, marketing and distribution).

If you’re booking studio hire only, camera, lighting, and production equipment are not included as standard. Clients are welcome to bring their own equipment and crew, or additional equipment may be available to hire upon request at an additional cost.

If you choose our full production services, all required filming, lighting, audio, and production equipment will be included as part of your project scope and managed by our in-house team.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own props, set pieces and styling elements to customise the studio ahead of filming.

If you need assistance with setup or require specific props, we can also help source items to bring your vision to life.
